Hello QRSD Families!
At this time, the 2025-2026 school year has started and we are still in need of a few peer model friends for the PM classes. Our PM session runs from 12:00-2:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Tuition is free for all families.
If you reside in Warren, West Warren, or West Brookfield and would like your child to attend our Integrated Preschool Program (which is located within Quaboag Regional Middle High School at 284 Old West Brookfield Rd, Warren, MA 01083) for the 2025-2026 school year, please download and complete the form linked below. Instructions on how to submit required documentation are listed at the top of the form.
*In order to submit an application for peer model enrollment, your child must turn 3 by August 31st, 2025, be fully toilet trained by the start of school, and be typically developing (i.e.- have no identified special needs).
